All Diamond Fortune’s casinos will have facial recognition systems

Representatives of the Diamond Fortune Holdings, which rents 40% of the Primorye gambling zone, have announced the intention to equip all their casinos with a facial recognition system.

N-Tech.Lab, developer of the FindFace application for finding people in Vkontakte using photos, was chosen to implement this project. The total sum of investments, needed for this purpose, is not disclosed.

Facial recognition system can be used in several ways. Firstly, it will provide security service with data on suspicious visitors. Secondly, it will identify casino’s loyal customers to reveal their gambling preferences. Using this information, casino managers will be able to make personalized offers.

Goran Miloshevski, director of gaming at the Diamond Fortunes Holding, says that N-Tech.Lab has won the tender among several other similar offerings. The new technology alongside video surveillance systems will help to boost security and move to a new level in customer care.
