Second day of RGW conference: speakers, key points, discussions
The second day of Russian Gaming Week conference is over. The program appeared to be as rich as yesterday’s and consisted of ten presentations.
The event focused on new technologies (artificial intelligence, blockchain, cryptocurrency) and their application in gambling. Lots of attention was drawn to experience of foreign gambling business and its analysis. Meet a review of the second-day topics, key points of presentations, and robust discussion issues.
Sergey Khitrov, founder of Adwad Group, opened the conference with a harsh point: “Stop wasting advertising budget!” The speaker explained the importance of analyzing traffic and building marketing strategies while promoting online casinos. He also shared efficient promotion methods, reminding that the application of any tool required inevitable monitoring of its effect.
Iosif Galea, licensed online gambling consultant, told the audience reasons for popularity of the remote gambling business in Malta. According to the speaker, dozens of entrepreneurs used such an opportunity, because state authorities created comfortable conditions for this activity. A hub of the European gambling business has been established here since 2005. Russian citizens also can get a license in Malta.
Petr Goryashko, founder and leading architect at Circus Delight, shared his experience of designing casino interior and gave operation tips. The speaker highlighted his own words by the examples of legendary Las Vegas casinos.

Roman But, independent gambling business consultant, revealed a topic of applying bots in online gambling. It is a cutting-edge issue, as some ways of AI implementation in businesses have been already used in practice. But believes that artificial intelligence has great prospects to be implemented in online gambling and bots are more preferred than people in terms of a range of criteria.
Ivan Kondilenko, CEO at CASEXE, examined the features of White Label operations (one company produces services and another sells them under its own brand) and its application in the gambling industry.
This concept involves two participants: a provider and operator. The first one develops an infrastructure project and the second one uses it. In this case, an operator has certain pros (less time and efforts) and cons (limits from a provider). CASEXE CEO recommends to weigh the advantages and disadvantages carefully before starting such operations.
Alexey Mozhaev, project lead in the Entertainment & Casino segment, shared his experience of casino resort management. He reviewed in detail the market of this service and shared analytics data on the major objects.
Aleksandra Fetisova, project manager at DAO.CASINO, dedicated her presentation to the blockchain issue and told the audience how distributed data bases and other innovations motivated the gambling industry to become more and more technological.

Maxim Krupyshev, co-founder of Cubits, continued the electronic innovation issue and highlighted using of bitcoin in online gambling. The developer believes that cryptocurrency is convenient but its application is related with some risks. Thus, Krupyshev recommends innovators to fully realize a technical aspect of this issue.
Eric Benz, managing director at Cryptopay, revealed the electronic cash topic on the other side, talking about paying winnings in bitcoins using debit bitcoin cards. He believes that such a payment organization is convenient in gambling and, therefore, this product will greatly influence the whole industry in the future. Besides, the speaker gave the audience tips on using BTC cards.
Levon Nikoghosyan, CEO at PartnerMatrix, stressed one of the most complicated problems: selection and application of a partner platform. According to him, it is convenient and profitable in case of finding a reliable partner and selecting an advantageous fee rate.
