Land withdrawal in Kaliningrad Oblast for a route to "Yantarnaya"

The authorities of Kaliningrad Oblast began eminent domain proceedings to build the route to “Yantarnaya” gambling zone.

According to the resolution of the regional government, some land plots of Homeowner association “Morskoye” in Kulikovo are liable to withdrawal.

As previously reported, land areas in Sokolniki and financial compensation were offered to property owners but not all members of the association were satisfied.

Meanwhile the route from Zelenogradsk to the gambling zone is being built. Construction of the road from Pionerskoye to Kulikovo is finished. It is planned to continue road laying on the lands previously owned by the association.
