First casino was officially opened in Kaliningrad gambling zone

On February 10, 2017, the Yantarnaya gambling zone (“Amber”) has seen the ceremonial opening of the first casino “Sobranie”. Investments to its construction amounted to 2.5 billion rubles.

The opening also included the performances of Kristina Orbakaite and “Serebro” group. Besides, players competed for large money prizes.

The gambling venue is located on the Baltic Sea coast and has the territory of 5.5 hectares. The building with the total area of 18 thousand square meters is equipped with 14 gaming tables and 350 slot machines. Besides the gambling halls, it includes two restaurants.

In the future, “Uni Management” operating company is planning to increase the number of tables to 40, and slot machines – up to 1000.

In addition, the construction of the VIP complex is coming to an end. Its opening is scheduled for the third quarter of 2017. As the result, the total investment will amount to 3.5 billion rubles.
