Primorye greets an investor from South Korea

As reported by the local authorities, the South Korean company Ramid Hotels is going to open a casino, a golf course, and a hotel in Primorsky Krai on a specially allocated building plot.

Ramid Hotels representatives are currently filing necessary documents and are ready to fulfill projects. They are not the only one South Korean investor to take interest in the Primorye gambling area. For example, K International intends to build here a modern gambling complex.

Pragmatic Play to develop games for Live Casino

The Malta-based provider Pragmatic Play will come up with interactive projects for Live Casino. According to the company release, live games would also include baccarat, roulette, and blackjack. Pragmatic Play is going to broadcast its interactive projects from own studio that is now finished.

The provider developed all projects for Live Casino in a way to be compatible with both PCs and mobile devices. Pragmatic Play plans to showcase its live games at the ICE Totally Gaming exhibition scheduled for February.

MinFin explains how to pay a tax on winnings

The Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation (MinFin) published a letterstipulating the procedure of paying a tax on winnings in totes and betting shops. For example, if an amount of each of them is lower than 15 000 RUB, a natural person has to self-pay a personal income tax. If equal or more, a tax is defined by a revenue agent.

Natural persons’ winnings of <4000 RUB over a certain fiscal period are not taxed. What is more, MinFin proposes not to identify lottery players unless their revenue surges over 15 000 RUB.

Federal Tax Service bans payments of Azino777

The Federal Tax Service banned financial organizations from direct payments to an illegal gambling platform Azino777. The online casino was initiated by Victory777 that is currently blacklisted among tax officers. Starting from January 14, any payments to the address of the company are prohibited.

Victory777 N.V. is registered in Curaçao and got an official local license for gambling. However, in Russia, Azino777 does not comply with the law.

Google meets requirements of Roscomnadzor

Google started banning the content illegal in Russia. As a result, searching results ceased to show websites with online gambling with special licenses. The Law of the Russian Federation obliges searching engines to take into account the Unified Register of Forbidden Information. Yandex and Mail.ru have been keeping up with these resources for a long time. Meanwhile, Google has started cleaning up searching results only this year.
