Siberian Coin investors will be able to hold land by lease without auctions

The Altai Territory adopted the law allowing authorities to lease out governmental land properties without auction.

Tenders won’t be held only for areas where one is going to implement huge private projects and without attracting budget funds.

Local authorities think that it will make The Siberian Coin more attractive for investors.

Let us recall that Altai gambling zone was established in 2009. Currently, only one casino is operating here.
