Gambling zone in Kislovodsk: to be or not to be?

Representatives of Stavropol Krai authorities discussed the construction of a gambling zone in Kislovodsk to attract additional funds for the region.

Governor Vladimir Vladimirov noted in favor of the project that it would allow not to depend on subsidies from the federal budget of Russia.

An entertainment park and a gambling complex will be built as part of the project. It will be interesting for people who want to spend time in a civilized manner. They will have a choice of gambling territory, various concerts, amusement park, and so on.

Such an object in the resort area will be more lucrative than conventional industrial enterprises, Vladimir Vladimirov added.

The view that medical institutions can not be located near casinos is among case against the construction.
