A hotel and gambling complex Shambala to open in the Primorye gambling zone

A new hotel and gambling complex will be constructed in the Primorye gambling zone. CJSC Shambala, resident of the about to be closed Azov City zone, wants to open a casino there.

At the first stage of the complex construction, a casino with the total area of 16,000 sq.m. will be built. It is expected to take 2 years. A hotel, spa, shopping center, restaurants, bar zone, grand buffet, stages, and nightclub will be constructed during the second stage. In the end, the overall build-up area will comprise 42,000 sq.m. The construction is expected to last for 3 years.

The total sum of investments is estimated at around 10 million rubles, 80% of which will be used for the second stage.
