The government has established accounting rules for gamblers

According to the information on the official website of the Russian government, Dmitry Medvedev has established accounting rules for gamblers of betting shops and totes.

Companies have to retain in the database the following information about participants:

• Full name of a gambler;
• Passport details;
• Date of recording the information;
• Date of receiving a bet and its amount;
• Name of a competition;
• Size of win and date of its payment.

Received information must be kept no less than 5 years from the date of its recording. Data must be provided to Federal Tax Service on an annual basis.
