New Selena casino is being built in Primorye gambling zone

In the coming years, Primorye gaming zone will grow significantly. In addition to the Mayak casino resort, the opening of which is scheduled for 2018, the active construction of Selena casino has begun. It can be opened already in 2019.

The new facility is invested by Diamond Fortune Holdings Prim. According to its head, documentation is drawn up, earthworks are completed and foundation pit is almost ready. According to the official agreement, the first stage of construction should be completed in 2020, but it is noted that this may happen a year earlier.

At the first stage, Selena casino resort will combine a hotel with 295 rooms and a casino for 500 slot machines and a hundred tables. Completion of the second stage that will expand the facility is scheduled for 2022. The total area of the complex will be about 174 square kilometers.
