Construction of the Mayak game and entertainment complex is in full swing

The construction is maintained by LLC PERC, a subsidiary of the Cambodian NagaCorpLtd corporation.

The work started in 2015, but later was postponed for almost a year.

The reason for the delay was quite unexpected: the discovery of historical artifacts at the construction site. A lot of time and money was spent on their extraction – 29 million rubles in total.

Currently, the construction continues. Recently, Evgeniy Polyansky, the Head of Primorsky Krai, visited Mayak to make sure of the progress. Works resumed this month. Now a construction camp is being built at the construction site, and in May, it is planned to build a boiler house.

In general, the scale of the work is enormous. The project plan includes a number of recreation areas designed for tourists who are not interested in gambling. Their implementation will require a lot of time and money. In particular, an outdoor pool, a water park and a concert hall will be constructed.

According to the plan, the first stage of construction should be completed by the end of 2018.
