State Duma passed a bill about lottery

 As Andrey Makarov (Deputy of panel chairman of State Duma in budget and tax questions) announced that under the pretence of stimulating lotteries the gambling business offers games on slots.

The bill is banned the mechanic, electric, electronic and other types of technique equipment for any drawing.
