September auction on subleasing land lots in the Primorye gambling zone is postponed

The auction for the sale of the rights of sublease to land lots in the Primorye gambling zone has been once again cancelled. Initially, it was scheduled for August 29, later it was postponed until September 29. But due to the lack of applications from potential investors, it was called off again.

Companies that showed real interest in the possibility to open business in the Primorye zone include CJSC Shambala, a resident of Azov City gambling zone. However, even this investor was not happy about the sizes of land lots. Potential bidders also complained about the high starting price of lots.

Primorsky Krai Development Corporation JSC, which is organizing the auction, plans to reconsider some of the terms that provoked displeasure among companies.
