Russian Gambling Zones at the “Russian Gaming Week”!

The representatives of the gambling zones “Azov City” and “Primorye” will participate in the exhibition. Lenar Kashapov, Director of “Azov City Gambling & Resort”, will speak at the Conference on June 7 with the presentation “Russian Gambling Zones – Will There Be Any Breakthrough?”  And the Representative of CJSC “Our House – Primorye” and Vitaly Ponomarev, Head of governing body of the gambling zone, will make a presentation of the gambling zone “Primorye”.

In addition, Joseph S. Weinert (Senior Vice President of the “Spectrum Gaming Group” U.S.A.) will speak with the presentation “World and American experience in creating gambling zones”. Joseph Weinert has been analyzing the gaming industry since 1996. He researches and directs economic, international and regulatory studies for private- and public-sector clients worldwide. He has been the project leader for numerous studies in multiple domestic jurisdictions, as well as in the Czech Republic, Russia, Slovak Republic, Spain and United Kingdom.

Since July 1, 2009 all gambling establishments can work only on the territory of four special gambling zones: “Primorye” (Primorsky region), “Siberian coin” (Altay region), “Yantarnaya” (Kaliningrad region) and “Azov-city” ( Krasnodar  region).
