New gambling legislation

The Federal portal of draft regulations has informed about the development of a project according to which changes will be made in legislation that regulates gambling activities.

The project itself was not uploaded to the portal. Its public discussion will last till 19 February. It is known that its main aim is to improve the state control over gambling.

According to one of the novelties, it will become possible to use non-gaming equipment that allows organizing games in betting houses.  

These changes are mentioned in the Federal law “On lotteries” and in the law, allowing making amendments to a number of legislative acts of RF.
