Yulia Nemtseva from AdConsul will speak at RGW Moscow 2015

Julia Nemtseva is a highly skilled lawyer. She has experience in expert international consulting related to issues of Russian advertising and media law as well as the use of advertising legislation in practice, given the existing professional standards.

Julia Nemtseva is also:

• Member of  Expert Council of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of the Russian Federation on the application of legislation on advertising;
• Member of Subcommittee on entrepreneurship in the sphere of production and turnover of ethanol, alcohol and alcohol-containing products of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation;
• Member of the board of Advertising Federation of Regions;
• Co-chairmen of AKAR lawyers;
• Author of MBA programs on Advertising Law of MIRBIS.

She was the Director of the Legal Department of LLC "NTV Media" (2002-2007); head of the legal support of TV advertising JSC "Gazprom-Media" (2008).
