Primorye is one of the most effective projects that develops a whole region

The annual Eastern Economic Forum (EEF) was held in Primorye Territory on September 6-7. Over the course of the event, Region Governor Vladimir Miklushevsky presented projects that were already implemented, as well as investment-attractive solutions, aimed to develop the entire region.

Among the projects under consideration, Primorye entertainment complex should be mentioned. Today this complex is one of the largest in the country. According to statistics, up to 1.2 thousand people visit Primorye EC every day. Sometimes hotel rooms are booked for three months in advance.

About 800 million rubles from the regional budget were invested in the resort. Funds are mainly spent on engineering and transport infrastructure development. Nevertheless, even at this stage, project brings a considerable income. Last year alone, 450 million rubles were received. 130 million of these funds went to Primorye Territory development, that is, to the state budget. In total, gambling zone brought 850 million rubles in form of various tax deductions.

The project is already highly effective. It is no surprise that Russian and foreign investors are interested in its development, and the complex is becoming bigger and bigger.

The Governor pointed out that Primorye is a promising region where doing business is profitable, and where you can fulfil your potential.

At the EEF Governor also presented petrochemical and shipbuilding complexes construction, tourism development, film festival projects and other potentially profitable initiatives.
