IGT announces new Vice President of Global Systems R&D

(US).- IGT welcomes Rajiv Taneja as its new Vice President of Global Systems R&D. He has an impressive engineering background and successful track record of bringing innovative solutions and software applications to market with a particular focus on mobile applications and user experiences.
 

During his over 20 years of experience in Silicon Valley, Taneja held executive positions at Silver Spring Networks, Ustream, Blue Coat Systems and Motorola to name a few.

In his new role, Rajiv Taneja will be responsible for working with business leaders across IGT to guide and execute the overall R&D and Systems vision including key initiatives such as convergence and new product architecture while continuing the development of IGT’s current product portfolio.

Taneja graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology and earned his Master’s degree in Engineering from University of Illinois and Master’s degree in Management from Stanford University.
