The new law will ban selling lottery tickets to people under 18 years old

Last week, the State Duma of the Russian Federation in the third reading adopted a law changing the provisions of the Federal Law On Lotteries regarding the procedure of paying out winnings. According to the document, in the case of winning 15 thousand rubles or more, for obtaining it, one will need to present a document proving their identity. At the same time, it is forbidden to issue a prize or sell lottery tickets to underage people (under 18). The operator has the right to request a document confirming the age of the buyer.

The law also introduces the term of an electronic lottery ticket – a ticket purchased online. If it turns out to be a winning one and the amount is less than 15 thousand rubles, it is enough to confirm the age, if more – to pass the mandatory simplified identification.

Gambling businesses of Moscow will have to increase the expenditure item for paying taxes

The Moscow City Duma supported the bill, which changes article 1 of the Moscow City Law On the rates of gambling tax: the tax on gambling in the Russian capital will double. The changes will take effect on April 1, 2018.

Last year, the Federal Law On Introducing Amendments to Part Two of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation was adopted, in which interactive betting processing centers and BSs were considered as independent objects of taxation. According to the law, tax rates for them were determined at a rate of 2.5 to 3 million rubles. The bill approved by the Moscow City Duma suggests setting the tax rate at the maximum amount, that is, 3 million rubles per object.

BS Bwin Russia created a Telegram bot MAX with football matches statistics. Now, at the user's request, the bot uploads it from the bookmaker's database.

To get information, you need to form a query on the criteria of interest, after which MAX will draw up a prediction for the match. It can analyze the statistics of teams according to the results of face-to-face games, evaluate the actions during the game and predict the possible number of goals for the future match.

The service is available in Russian for all users of the messenger.

Primorye gaming zone is ready for the completion of the next stage of construction work

Resident of the gambling zone, Asian company Naga Corp Ltd intends to finish the installation of the pile field for the hotel by the middle of spring. Full Naga Vladivostok project involves creating a hotel resort with a casino and a conference hall.

The work on this project started in November 2017. After the delivery of the pile field (supposedly in mid-April), the construction of casino and conference hall premises is planned.

According to technical documentation, Naga Vladivostok is an eleven-story building with 279 hotel rooms, as well as a casino and a conference hall. The object has 55 thousand square meters allocated for it.
