Primorye resort will bring RUB 7.8 billion to the budget in 5 years
The integrated entertainment resort Primorye keeps developing and is expected to generate huge revenues already in five years. According to the general director of "Primorsky Krai Development Corporation" Andrey Folomeev, the resort will consistently increase the budget revenue by at least 7.8 billion rubles per year soon.
Primorye resort will undergo three stages of development:
1st stage: has been already partially realized – the country’s largest casino has been opened, providing around 1000 new workplaces, and 645.3 million rubles have been paid in taxes. Last year, the tourist flow increased by 30%, including foreigners, thanks to the new entertainment complexes. The construction of new entertainment and family recreation centers will continue in the future.
2nd stage: will be realized in 2019. The Cambodian investor will open a high-end hotel and entertainment facility NagaCorpLtd in the Primorye. Besides, the futuristic hotel and casino Selena will start its operation. The launch of new entertainment facilities will allow increasing the number of workplaces up to 8 thousand, and tax payments will amount to around RUB 1 billion.
3rd stage: will be finished by 2022. It’s planned to create an indoor water park, several more casinos and hotels, the area of Mayak complex will be substantially expanded. The number of workers will exceed 20 thousand, and taxes will reach 7.8 billion rubles.
The integrated entertainment resort Primorye is a very important strategic facility for the whole region. Therefore, the local authorities will keep a close eye on the implementation of all stages.
