Auction on land lease in Primorye gambling zone rescheduled to late September

There was information about the change in the auction date for concluding agreements on sublease of land plots in the Primorye gambling zone. The sale of rights will take place in Vladivostok on September 29, beginning at 14:00. The day before, on September 28, at 10:00 the submission of applications will be closed. Such information was provided by the developer of the project Primorsky Krai Development Corporation JSC.

The reasons for such rescheduling is numerous requests of potential investors, who needed additional time to collect all necessary documentation for participation in the auction. Among those interested are companies from Russia, Europe, China and South Korea.

Employees of the corporation also said that the delay would also work in their favor, allowing to collect more applications for participation. First of all, it is necessary to fill in a special form and prepare the regulated documentation. Participate is allowed for legal entities registered under the laws of the Russian Federation only.
